“Lidia and Carlos were wonderful to communicate with. This lovely home is very quiet, private and comfortable on the water with a swimming pool like bath water! The house has a very comfortable master suite and the towels and linens were high quality. We were able to shop nearby for groceries and the kitchen was adequate for cooking at home or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. My favorite part was listening to the birds chirping every day, or the pairs of macaws flying overhead while searching for the white-faced monkey across the street. The gated and secure community is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed the miles of bike path and walking paths throughout. We biked to the beach from the house on a private road off the street from any cars to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and warm ocean waters. The village of Jaco is less than 10 km away for shopping and restaurants as well as The Park for all kinds of recreational activities like zip lining, horse back riding and hiking.
