“We were pleasantly surprised to visit this island for the first time. The people and scenery are remarkable. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being in a house opposite the Nanny Cay where so much activity was going on. Swimming, sailing and good food attracted us to this nearby place. Most days were spent driving to beaches or joining groups aboard dive boats to dive or snorkel offshore. The most amazing aquatic life abounds in these waters. Our favorite venture was taking the free ferry to Norman Island for snorkeling and dinner at the new restaurant. The only other Norman Island inhabitants are wild goats. Living in the house and driving all over this little island was so enjoyable for the 2 weeks we were there in July 2016. Our favorite meal out was at " Struggling Man\'s Place " on the main road near our exchange house. Simultaneously caring for pets ( each home has a cat ) is a HomeForExchange advantage too.”
