Our luxury condo was completed in 2013 with the following facilities (all condo residents and tenants can enjoy free access):
Pool (indoor, temperature-controlled);
banquet room (can entertain up to 20 people);
piano room (so you can try out your kids’ talents before buying one at home);
Our home is a big unit (200 square meters) on the top floor (11th). We have a patio facing the reserved green belt where you can relax and enjoy your idle time here reading or having breakfasts. We have remodeled the original 4-bedroom floor plan to two bedrooms only to fit our lifestyle. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and long bath, while the second room has a single bed. And there’s a second bathroom with shower. We converted one of the four bedrooms into a stylish study room and substituted another into an open dry kitchen in addition to the original wet kitchen. Both kitchens were upgraded with modern appliances include:
Stove and exhaust hood;
Big and small ovens;
Automatic coffee machine;
Two-doored refrigerator with ice maker
Counter top filtered drinking water (cold and hot);
Washing machine and dryer (at the rear balcony)
Most Asian countries are humid, but not to worry. Besides the centralized air-conditioning and heating system with individual control in our home, we have also installed a centralized de-humidifying system to maintain a perfect moisture level to our comfort.
If you love cycling, one of the public rental stations (U-Bike) is right outside our condo. U-Bike is very popular among the locals and foreign visitors as it’s convenient and cheap (NT$20 per hour, about US$0.70). You can ride up to sightseeing or shopping places and return the bike at different bike stations. If you love nature and hiking, there are several trails nearby our home that you can explore during your stay.

We have a cleaner team of two maids who come bi-weekly when we are in Taipei. It can be arranged on request with a fee of NT$3000/four hours per service (about US$100). They are professional and have been cleaning our old and new homes for 10 years. Their service is unbeatable as we have been staying at various luxury 5, 6 starred hotels around the world.
Taiwan is a nice country and people are known for politeness and friendliness to foreign visitors. Being the capital city, Taipei has lots for foreigners to explore in its culture, arts, food, entertainments, nature, and many more. Taipei’s geographic location also makes it a perfect hub if you are planning to tour other Asian countries together.
We travel a lot and have another home in Kuala Lumpur so we are flexible and can accept non-simultaneous swaps.
Welcome to our home and enjoy Taipei!
