Duplex in a historical Chalet in St-Luc. Outside: balcony, terrace. Interior: 120m2 on two separate floors. Ground floor : separate entrance hall, living room with sofas, armchairs, eating area. First floor : Bedrooms: 2x2 single beds, 1x1 single beds (with separete child bed), 1x1 double beds. Bathroom: 1x shower and WC on the ground floor and 1x separate WC on the first floor. Kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, fondue and raclette set, Nespresso cafe machine. Situated at 2 minutes by feet from center of the village. From the balcony, you can see the Alps and the Matterhorn.

Duplex dans un chalet en madrier récemment rénové dans la station de ski de St-Luc en Valais dans les Alpes Valaisannes. Le village de St-Luc est à une altitude de 1600 mètres, Notre chalet est situé tout près du centre du village et à 2 minutes des installations de remontées mécaniques. L'intérieur du chalet est en bois (mélèze et Arolle). La cuisine est très bien agencée et ouverte sur la salle à manger/salon. Depuis la table du salon, on aperçoit le mythique Cervin (Matterhorn).

We are a family of 4: me, Joël and my wife Régine with 2 teenagers Valentin and Simon. I speak French, German and English. I'm in charge of the telecommunication department in a local energy and multimedia supplier.

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes : Régine et Joël avec 2 adolescents Valentin et Simon. Je parle français, allemand et Anglais. Je suis responsable du département de télécommunications dans une société de distribution d'énergie locale.
