Family friendly appartment in Lavaux's vineyard

Notre appartement de 100 m2 est situé au cœur du vignoble en terrasses de Lavaux Patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Depuis notre balcon, la vue est imprenable sur le lac Léman et les montagnes. Notre appartement a 2 chambres, l'une avec un lit double (parents) et l'autre avec un lit de bébé. Dans la chambre de notre fils, il y a également un canapé-lit qui se transforme en lit double. Salle de bain avec baignoire et wc séparé. Notre salon et notre salle à manger donnent accès au balcon qui offre une vue à couper le souffle. Profitez des belles soirées d'été autour d'un BBQ en vous prélassant du panorama. Nous sommes férus de lecture, vous trouverez donc nombre d'ouvrages dans notre "entrée/bibliothèque". Places de parc gratuites devant la maison.
Nous nous trouvons à 5min. du lac, 30 min du centre ville de Lausanne, 15 min de Vevey, 30 min de Montreux et environ à 1h de Genève (aéroport) en voiture.

Our 100m2 apartment is located in the heart of Lavaux’s vineyard terraces, UNESCO world heritage. From our balcony the view on the Léman lake and the mountains is amazing. We have a 2 bedrooms flat, the parents’ one with a king size bed and the children’s one with a baby bed and a sofa bed for 2. We have a bathroom with a bathtub and the restroom is separated. Our living room and dining room give access to the balcony where the view’s gonna take your breath! Enjoy the beautiful summer nights with a BBQ while admiring the panorama. We love reading so you’ll find lots of books in our "entry/library ».
You can park your car just in front of the house for free. We are located 5 min. away from the lake (20 min. by foot), 30 min. from downtown Lausanne, 15 min. from Vevey, 30 min. from Montreux and approximately 1 hour from Geneva (airport) by car.
