Quiet apartment in residential area 10 minutes from centre

Modern spacious two bedroom apartment very comfortable for a couple with 1 or 2 children. Large balcony, access by car through underground garage but no roads around the building and lots of space for children to run around outside safely, including a children's play area. The apartment has one bathroom and a seperate toilet, two large bedrooms, a large living area with kitchen, dining space and large living room. Washing machine, microwave, oven coffee machine etc.

We live in a residential area that is very close to the centre yet also near the countryside. A shopping centre is right next to the building as is the bus stop to go virtually anywhere. France is just across the border and both the alps and the jura are easily accessible.

I am a full time English teacher and I'm living in the apartment with my 5 year old daughter. We don't have any pets but I don't necessarily object to a well trained one staying for a short time. My partner is currently living in France and is a landscape gardener. MY mother tongue is English but I also speak French and Italian. At the moment we are looking for a place to stay in Scotland with other members of my family who are coming over from New Zealand. However, we would be open to other offers - during school holidays.
