Modern new house - quiet location in a mountain resort in the swiss alps

New house, modern style, three levels, located in the swiss Alps on a 1100 m2 plot. Garden accessible from two levels. large open spaces, 125m2 per level.
One bedroom is a small flat (45 m2) independant but with possible direct access
with the rest of the house. This bedroom is completely equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, TV, a king size bed and a mezzanine bed. Without that part the house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms for 5 persons. Depending on the exchange, the small appartment could be not included.
Possibilities to use sport equipement (5 VTT - skis...)

Quiet situation 5 minutes from the center of the village and situated between the old village and the resort. Altitude 1300m. Shops 500 m.
Easy access from the highway by a large mountain road (16 km).
Lots of activities locally (Hiking, mountain bike,swimming pool, tennis...) and within 1 hour drive (castels, therms, museums....).
The central part of the Valais is a very sunny and mild region.

We are a familly of five, Pierre-Olivier, architect and economist, Isabelle, secretary and hippolyte 16, Emile 14, Elise 12. The kids are very quiet and careful.
Our hobbies are for a good part sport. Pierre-Olivier does paragliding, ski, Mountain bike... Isabelle likes walking, skiing and Mountain bike. Hippolyte is a ski racer, Emile plays football and practice athletics, Elise practice circus and athletics too.
We like to travel and have already experienced travels to Vietnam, trekking in the Maroccan Atlas and to places over Europe
