Acerca de nuestra casa

Our small but comfy apartment offers everything you need for your ski or bike vacation. It has a living room with a Davenport (140cm) and a small bedroom with a loft bed (140cm). The apartment is perfect for two people or families with small kids. Groups of three people can fit in without a problem as well. The apartment and the house were renovated in summer 2013. The main ski resort "Parsenn", the train station "Davos Dorf" and the bus station for the bus to all other ski areas is in walking distance (5min). You have the possibility to leave your ski-, bike equipment in the cellar and there is although a possibility to wash your dirty bikes. The main route with bars and clubs in Davos is 40min walking distance. (so if you want to party you'll need to take a cab back home). The kids lift "Bünda" is 200 meters next to the Apartment. It's where our entire family learned to ski. The cross country skiing routes are starting right in front of the house as well. Please note: during Xmas and New Years we rent out the apartment only minimum for one week!

Where is it?

Vecindario

The apartment is a ten-minute walk from the largest ski slopes Parsenn and Davos Dorf train-station. A smaller lift for children and the cross-country tracks are right next to our apartment. During the summer time, we have access to the garden with a large trampoline and it's a 12-minute walk from the bike pump-track and climbing garden. Great times for kids both during winter and summer.
