Churwalden is easy to reach, by air and it's only 1,5 hours from Zurich by car or train. The trainstation and highway are only 15 minutes away so easy to travel up the mountain.
The appartment is centrally located in the town. Shops and restaurants of all taste and price level around the corner and the main skilift is at your doorstep.
Our spacious apartment was built in 2009 and is centrally located in the lovely town of Churwalden part of the Lenzerheide / Arosa ski region. Just 400 meters from the ski slopes (ski in ski out), this modern, but very chique and cosy apartment is perfectly equipped for both mountain adventurers as well as relaxed mountain air lovers.
It features a large living and dining room area with stunning views of the surrounding slopes and a fire place.
In the winter the apartment is the starting point for skiing trips, great opportunities for cross country skiing, off piste skiing in Lenzerheide/Arosa but als in Davos (45km) and St. Morritz (60km). Lenzerheide/Arosa is in the top 10 ski area of the Alps.
In summer, it is the starting point for walking, mountain tracking and hiking tours, mountain biking (Bikerheide), swimming in the Heidssee and around the corner you can find a spectacular golf course. you can also take beautifull train trips (Glacier express).

“Great home close to the Arosa ski resort. We (family of five) stayed there for a week in march 17. The house is very beautiful, and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay on the mountains. Three spacious double bedrooms, a lange and cozy living+kitcken, three bathrooms.
