The apartment is fully furnished with contemporary, minimalist furnishings. The design is open plan with a combined dining room and lounge, separate kitchen with sliding wall divider. The bedroom wing contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. Sleeps two in the main bedroom and one in the second. the entire apartment is fitted with parque flooring excepting the kitchen and bathroom which are tiled. Enormous floor to ceiling plate-glass windows in all rooms offer a 270(D) view of the ocean, beachfront, mountain and cityscape. There is secure underground parking for one car, 24hour security services, adjacent gym, spa and public pools and the famous Sea Point promenade right at your door for leisurely sunrise and sunset walks. Additional amenities and facilities include; home entertainment centre, telephone line, fully equipped kitchen; fridge/freezer, stove, microwave etc., queen size and 3/4 beds. Full linen, towels, crockey, cutlery inventory, garbage chute, intercom, enormous cupboard space in both bedrooms.
