Luxury in the center of Ljubljana

The apartment (90m2) is in a very safe building and a safe neighborhood. It is located in the city centre, opposite the government building and presidential palace in the street, where the US, German, Austrian and some other embassies are located. It's on the first floor of a well-maintained house built in 1939, which has been fully renovated. The best way to explore the town center is by bike, which you can find in our basement. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the river which runs through the center and a 1-minute stroll to Tivoli, a big park, where you can go for a run or for a nice walk. You don't need a bus or a car - everything is within walking distance (museums, night life, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, a fitness club, etc.). However, if you’d like to go around by bus, the bus stop is 15m from the house. Parking is possible in the backyard.
And don't forget that Ljubljana is only a 2.5-hour drive from Venice and a 4-hour drive from Vienna or Salzburg. And you can also get to the closest ski resorts within one hour.
