Apartment is in a block with 8 floors 48 with jointly all apartments. My apartment is located 1st flor with look at the sea. Apartments is 69m2, block with an elevator. Block is in peacefull location near park shopps, post office, bank. From the center to the old city Koper it is located 20mins by walk. Near is Italy city Trieste also very alluring for turist. Koper is a costal city with also other 4 cities which are coastal also stretching all to all on 46km sea,beach coast. Slovenia is a small country with attractive spots accessibel fast trough main highway cross. Apartment has NO TV set, it has instead internet connection. Construction of block dates back to 1979.
