Acerca de nuestra casa
We are offering a very light and spacious attic apartment of 63 m2, new furnished in 2018 with a brand new kitchen. The aprtment is a big studio with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 cot if required.
There is a flat TV and wifi connection. For acces to apartment is to use 15 steps. Upstairs is located a folder with brouchures and maps for visiting the area. We are living in the ground floor.
From the balcony is a nice view to the mountains. Arround the house is a big garden and in the front is a parking for 2 cars. There are 3 cycles , 1 motocycle and a small car avaiable. In the basement is a small gym with a sauna located.

Ana is also retired and is economist; she worked as an acountant in the airon works. She loves watching sport and listen to the music. We both love working in the garden. -
Our home is bright and warm, we enjoy living in.

Radovljica is very good located, only 25km from the aerport Ljubljana, connected with the motorway, near to the Lakes Bled and Bohinj and also to the capital Ljubljana (50 km). Radovljica is by mountains (Karawanks and Alps) surroundet
and has a pleasant Klimate. Here is the best startingpoint for hiking. The city has a medieval center, a sport park and a public swimming pool. The neighborhood is very quiet, without industry.
From our house to the old city is 15 min and to shopping center 10 min to walk.
