From the terrace, you can enjoy at the table or from the garden with a sea view and the bay of Fort-de-France. The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room and terrace. This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

The Sunset Beach apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160cm double bed and a large wardrobe. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC + a small balcony. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

This apartment is intended for 5 people maximum.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy. After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment enjoying the sea view.

Shops, restaurants, Anse Mitan beach and a regular ferry to Fort-de-France are within 20 meters. The Marina of Pointe du Bout and the Village Créole shopping center is within 500 meters.

A tree climbing recreation area, a horse-riding club, a supermarket, a wine and cheese merchant and delicious bakery are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.
