Acerca de nuestra casa

A condominium with full seaview on 18th Floor, you get sunshine, breezy balmy days and ships , sampans and boats sailing in the horizon. The food is inexpensive , yet totally varied from fusion of so many cultural heritage that no one needs to cook in Penang!

The city is full of historical sights and scene but yet modern without becoming cold and impersonal.

Our condo unit is 2,880 sq foot in size. The condo has an elevated private swimming pool and overlooks the sea - facing the Straits of Malacca- where sunsets can be stupendous. There are two patios with vintage cane chairs for easy reading, sipping mojitos or just watching the glorious sun set.

The Master Bedroom is very large with a king-sized bed, and a two-seater sofa for watching telly. The ensuite bathroom has a jaccuzzi for evening soaks as well as shower stall for quick showers.

Another cozy bedroom has a queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom and toilet which is usually reserved as a guest room for singles or another couple.

The third room is used as an art studio-cum-computer room..

The living room is bright and airy with comfortable sofas and even a massage bed for in-house private massage which is very inexpensive in Penang. In fact, we have 2 such beds and it is quite an experience to have massages in your own home while listening to the sound of waves in the distance.

Two kitchens serve your cooking needs (but who needs to cook in Penang?):
An elevator ride downstairs brings you onto the beach in 1 minute; or, if you prefer the swimming pool. There's also a BBQ pit you can rent by the pool. The pool is also surrounded with greenery and easy chairs for sunning and reading. Walk on the beach early in the morning and get to meet a community of dog lovers walking their pets or in the evenings, and catch a glimpse of monitor lizards or, otters.

Penang,is an island off the northwestern coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It has a rich multicultural history with cross-cultural Malay, Chinese, Indian and European influences. Penang is also well known for being the "food paradise" of Malaysia.

•Georgetown — the capital of Penang; a favorite spot for tourists as it has many attractive pre-Second World War houses and shophouses, as well as 19th century churches, temples, mosques, and colonial buildings. George Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site .

We're in Tanjung Bungah — situated between Georgetown & Batu Ferringhi, used to be a fishing village but now is a residential and resort area with hotels built along the beach.

•Batu Ferringhi — on the north coast with white sandy beaches, luxurious hotels & restaurants, a favorite spot for both locals & tourists . Visit the Shangrila Rasa Sayang Resort for a meal and enjoy the lush greenery.

Gurney Drive--Gurney Drive is a walking esplanade and strip of bars and restaurants located on the coast in Georgetown. While Gurney Drive became famous for the large cluster of carts proudly serving up some of Penang's best street food, you will also find Western chains and upscale eateries crammed into mall plazas across the street from the carts.
