Acerca de nuestra casa

The house (semi detached) is in a quite small alley but very close to a shopping center, supermarkets, banks, restaurants etc'. It is an old house but comfortable. It is equipped with room air conditioners. lots of art pieces, eclectic furniture, and books. it is protected by detectors security alarm and a security company. there are 2 bedrooms and a solarium on the second floor. A computer(adsl and wifi) with printer/fax and 2 lines of telephone. Cooking is on a gas stove. Hot water comes from a combination of solar heating and electricity. The plants in the backyard need watering once a week. Our son leaves in Tel Aviv speaks French and English and may help when needed.

  1. We are a recently retired couple, One of us is an Emeritus professor
    and the other is a jewelery designer. We are still active and eager to learn. We understand and speak a little French, fluent in English in addition to our native language (Hebrew).

The "Green" Ramat Aviv is a relatively old neighbourhood which is in a population transition to a younger generation of mainly academic people due to the short (walking) distance from the Tel Aviv University. I t contains almost every thing needed for everyday life: banks, post office, small shops shopping mall etc' easy public transportation connect it to all other parts of the city.
