Seaside Family Apartment

We live in Jaffa, in the southern part of Tel-Aviv city.
If you like the summer and plan a vacation next to the beach, our apartment is perfect because it is overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and located just 3 minutes' walk to the wonderful beach with amazing sand.
Jaffa part of Tel-Aviv city has various new and old buildings, shops, and it presents great local cuisine, food variety including fish restaurants, fish shops, meat shops, hummus and ice cream.
The famous flea market with lots of boutique shops is located in Jaffa.
Jaffa port and Jaffa's old city are an amazing place to walk in and you can reach them when you walk through the Jaffa seaside park, located close by.
Peres Center for Peace is located right next to the apartment.
You can bike and walk anywhere in Jaffa from our apartment. There is a city rent a bike spot (5 minutes' walk).
There is a super market (5 minutes' walk from our apartment), butcher shop (2 minutes' walk).
There is a bus station nearby that enables you to go wherever you want in Tel-Aviv. (3 minutes' walk);
There is a water sports club mainly for wind surfing and kite surfing nearby (7 minutes' walk)
Our apartment is in a building with only 7 apartments (it is located in the 2 floor out of 3) and has a nice balcony which is perfect for watching the sunset. There is an elevator in the building.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom, a children bedroom with 2 baby beds (we can replace them with a kid bed), a bath and toilet, and another toilet room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and all relevant items and is openly connected to the living room which has a 40 inch TV (can be connected to the internet). There is an a/c for the entire apartment if you need and Wi-fi Internet.
There is also a parking place in the building's underground parking in case you rent a car.
The apartment is fully equipped for young children and there are also lots of playgrounds nearby.
