Northern Tel-Aviv pastoral neighborhood, beautiful spacious and pleasant home

We are offering our very much loved home. We renovated this apt. and moved in less than 3 years ago. I am an architect and I put in my heart and soul planning and decorating this place. We love it so much because it has "good vibes", in addition to being - comfortable, spacious, overlooking trees from every window, airy and full of light. We have a large well equiped eat-in kitchen with a dining table fitting 6 persons, and a window overlooking trees. The comforatble living room has a huge window overlooking trees as well. Just lye on the sofa and doze away into a snooze while staring at that deep green.... We just love spending time at home with our kids and having friends over. Besides the living area, there are three additional rooms. The largest is our bedroom which can sleep 4 persons(2 adults and 2 kids- we co-sleep with our young ones). Each of the two additional rooms has one bed in it(can sleep one person in each of the rooms). One of these rooms functions as the kids play room and the other is a study. The cable TV is tucked away in it's corner in an additional space adjacent to the living room. We are sure you will feel here comfortably at home, just as we do.
