Perfect location; Our apartment is located on Nahmani Street, a cross street right in the middle of the famous Rothchild Blvd. it is a tree-lined street, quiet and peaceful location and at the same time in the most exciting area of Tel Aviv. It is steps away from the trendiest restaurants, bars, galleries, theatres and every possible main attraction in Tel-Aviv. It is 15 minutes walk from the beach.
The apartment is 120 sqm. with two small balconies (each 4 sqm) on the ground floor of a 4 story restored building. The interior of the apartment is newly renovated with all modern appliances.
The exterior of the building is undergoing renovation; the apartment is located in the back of the building and is remotely affected by the work but the look of the building and the entrance are disturbed.
