Luxury 130 sq m ( 1400 sq ft ) spacious modern apartment newly renovated 4th floor with 2 elevators. One large master bed room. One guest room. Three bath rooms. two are private from master bed room and one for guests close to living room.One with bath tub and 2 with showers. One half open study and work area open to living room and dinning area. Can sleep up to 6 persons in one dbl bed in master bed room, one sofa that opens to dbl bed in guest room and two sofas in L shape in the living room. Walking distance to the seashore , museums, university of Tel -Aviv and Ramat-Aviv shopping mall. Ten minutes bus ride to the center of Tel Aviv. Bus stop adjacent to the building. Playing ground on site. large living room, dining and kitchen. Intimate terrace from dinning area.Full accessories in kitchen including large dish washer, washing and drying machines, air conditioning. Car parking available on site. 2 bicycles will be provided without cost. Bicycle rides are available to the beach and Yarkon Park which are very close to the apartment. Bicycle rides to the center of Tel Aviv will solve parking problems.Gaash golf club is only 15 minutes car drive away and Cesarea golf club half an hour away. Jerusalem and Haifa less than an hour away by car. ( depends on traffic )

“I honestly couldn't have been happier staying at Dan's apartment. It isn't located in the middle of town, but is close enough to make visiting most of Tel Aviv a short hop. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment very clean and quiet. The photographs are deceptive - the apartment is if anything a little bigger than it appears. We were greeted by a member of Dan's family, who kindly assisted us in sorting out parking. Everything you could need was provided. I recommend this property highly. ”

I am a retired architect one of my sons has taken the firm. Tamar is a travel agent working from home.
I love design and I paint on my free time and go to astronomy lectures and play golf on my free time. Tamar loves history. We both love to travel and experiance different cultures up close.
