Acerca de nuestra casa
Our beautiful penthouse is located in the very exclusive suburb of Tel Aviv, 5 min drive from the beach and 1 min walk to an open shopping center. The apartment is 165m + 2 terrace of 20m each. There are 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a huge bathroom and two more rooms; one with quin size bed one with 1.5 junior bed and a double bed. The living room is huge with piano, and open dining room. there is a lot of parking place under the building, our car is available too.
our Neighborhood is up north of Tel Aviv. it is one of the best suburb of Tel Aviv, a quite area with all facilities of the city. the center of the city is 10 min drive. We are 5 min drive from the beach. 1 min walk there is an open shopping center with great shops.
We are looking for a unique place to swap with our house. we are a couple with 2 kids: 16 and 6. We are open to any interesting area. preferable time is july-august 2013 or next april 2014. we would like to find a place for 2-4 weeks.
