Brand new private house located in a quiet countryside area by a banana plantations.
5 minutes from Megadim private beach, 10 minute drive from the city of Haifa and less then one hour to Tel Aviv. Close by is the Carmel mountains that offer many beautiful hiking trails.
In 10-15 minutes you can reach Matam (Haifa's hi-tech center), the shopping mall, Haifa's central train&bus station and Haifa's beautiful beaches, where you can swim, surf, walk by the beach shoreline and watch the beautiful sunset.
The house is a single-family home with private parking.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, washing and drying machines. Balconies, garden with a shady relaxing area and an outdoor dining table Our home is a Kid-friendly house and is filled with many books and toys. There is also a trampoline and a ping-pong table. It is fully equipped with all that you will need for a great family vacation.
