Quiet intimate apartment very close to the city center (less than 1km) and old city

We are a young couple looking for nice couples to swap home with, at interesting places arround the world.

We have a lovely intimate apartment near the center of Jerusalem ("Rehavia", for those of you who know Jerusalem already). The apartment is located at a 3rd floor of a nice building, and is full with sunlight. It's fully equipped, offering Wifi of 15Mbps, living room 40" LCD, air conditioning, home theater, PS3, a computer etc. Our bedroom has a queen size bed, with a 32" LCD. We have cable.
Besides being close to the center of Jerusalem (less than 1km) and the Old City, as well as main Jerusalem attractions, our apartments' killer feature is the 30mr balcony, with a view to Jerusalem's old rooftops and a clear view to the "Knesset" - Israel's house of parliament.

Our apartment can facilitate two guests in the bedroom. Although smoking is generally not allowed inside the apartment, you're more than welcome to use our beautiful balcony to have a cigarette, after enjoying a lovely breakfast.

Our neighborhood is considered to be the best neighborhood in Jerusalem, and for a reason: It has beautiful pastoralic old Jerusalem houses. The neighborhood is ever green with trees, and walking through it makes one romantic, relaxing experience.

Our apartment is very close to public transportation, as well as the ciry center, so cafes and restaurants are within a short walk distance.

We are a young couple at the ages of 27 and 24. One of us just finished Law School, but work as an IT consultant. The other still studies.

We love traveling, and came to an understanding that with home exchange you can benefit twice:
1st, you save a lot of money that way, allowing for more trips, longer periods.
2nd, although we are new to the home exchange platform, we are under the impression that it offers a very different experience, which hotels cannot offer.

We speak English fluently, as well as Hebrew ofcourse.
