Acerca de nuestra casa

Our apartment is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large open kitchen with adjoining dining room ; living room with two sofas, open by large windows on a curtain of greenery (beautiful trees).We have four bedrooms,two with two beds, one with a double bed and a private shower room & WC; and an other small room ("mamad"), and a second bathroom & WC .
The flat had a complete renovation in 2006 !

We are in our late fourties; I am a gynecologist and my husband is a CFO.
We've 4 children, and we like to visit the world with our two younger girls (13 and 15).It is our second house: we're living near Paris ; so it is available for non-simultaneous exchange.
(we can also envisage an exchange with our large Parisian house; we'd such a successful exchange on the last holiday )
(We try to fly to Jerusalem for a short time twice a year !).

The apartment is large, light, modern, in the German colony, at the 2d floor (elevator), in the vicinity of "Emek Refaim", the young heart of Jerusalem.It is 20 minutes by foot from the old city of Jerusalem; 15 minutes also from King George. Many bus lines run day and night on "Emek refaim" (2mn by foot).It is near from many restaurants, swimming pool, shops,and a fantastic starting point to explore Jerusalem- of course- and Israel (3/4h from Tel Aviv, 3/4h from the Dead Sea...)
