The flat is situated in a residential area. Minimarket and a few other small shops next door. Public transportation also a few steps away: 10 min. busdrive to the beach, 5 min. to lively Carmel Center and 15 min. to central bus and train station with connection to all parts of the country.
The flat itself is spacious, one bedroom, study with guestbed, new kitchen,bathroom and additional toilet, big balcony.
