Spacious, comfortable home in Efrat

We built our spacious, comfortable 320 square meter home in Efrat in 1989 and have lived in it happily as we raised our 4 children, saw them through the army, began marrying them off - and now we enjoy it as we entertain a growing group of grandchildren. We have 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 "powder room", a large eat-in kitchen, a spacious dining room and very large living room. There is a large porch off the kitchen, a basketball hoop and a big trampoline. We have 2 parking spaces, and live on a quiet, friendly street, one block from a shopping area with a supermarket, pizza shop, deli and post office. Efrat is a family-oriented town with mostly Modern Orthodox Jewish residents - about 10,000 people spread out over a large area.
