The house consists of a living room, family room,
4 bed rooms, kitchen, balcony and garage, in a very quiet neighborhood, includes a well kept and very nice garden. Walls are covered with many paintings and stands with sculptures, many of which were created by the lady of the house. The house is located 15 minutes walk to the beach of the Mediterranean or 3-4 minutes by car to a beautiful beach next to an old roman aqueduct.

We are a retired couple who love to travel, we were to all 5 world continents, roomed the US by motor home for 5 years including Alaska (45 days). We reside in Israel, but spend about half our time, each year, overseas, mostly in the US and some in Europe. I was in the tourism business and Drora was a teacher, now she paints an sculpts (had 2 single exhibits) and I spend my time on the computer, walking along the beach, much reading and some times flying (pilot). And than of course we travel.
Caesarea where the house is located is more than 2000 years old and a very beautiful place. It is full of remains from the Roman, Byzantine and Crusader times. One can view a performance in a Roman amphitheater, followed by dinner in an excellent seafood restaurant located in a Crusader building, situated on the shores of a port built by Herod.
In addition, on site are four restaurants in the old Crusader city, beautiful beaches, one of which runs along an old Roman aqueduct, galleries and the only golf course in Israel.
All above within walking distance or a 2-3 minutes drive from the house.
Tel Aviv (the largest metropolitan in the country) is less than an hour drive, Haifa just 35 minutes and Jerusalem one and a half hour.
