Acerca de nuestra casa

Our place is an older style villa inside a secure villa complex in the area of Mertasari Sanur Bali. It is double story with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, both with a/c. Kitchen has a single sink, small fridge and double gas burner no oven. The villa has a private garden and outdoor area with a shared pool just outside. The villa is serviced (cleaned, beds made and water replenished) daily except Sundays. Internet is included and is reasonably reliable. We are 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to taxis and bemos which run into the main area of Sanur where there are restaurants, shops, markets, yoga, surfing, dive shops and boats departing to other islands daily etc. We have no television and the area is quiet and reasonably cool as we get the sea breeze. We can organize to leave contact numbers for drivers and transport for tours and airport etc. if needed. We love living here as the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. We also have a cat who needs feeding if you stay.

We are a working couple in our 50's from Australia living and working in Bali. I am a Teacher at an international school and my husband is a Natural Therapist ( acupuncture and chinese medicine). We have two adult children who live in Australia and Germany. We would mostly like to do house swaps in the school holidays which are March, July and December.

The neighbourhood is in the older area of Sanur not far from consulates and many long term expat permanent residents. The villa complex is quiet and friendly.
