We are an Australian family with three young boys and live part-time in Bali. Our house is only ten minutes to Seminyak and the beaches and is in a quiet residential area - Umalas Village. We are on the border of Berawa and Canggu area. We have daily cleaning and a nice garden and pool for children. All three bedroom are together under the same enclosed roof so this is rare for Bali and is a good floorplan for families. We can provide a cot and high chair and some toys if you need it.
“This Villa was wonderful , has a comfortable homely feel which suited me perfectly , the space and airflow lovely. Everything working perfectly , air-con tv,wi-fi , kitchen etc. Amazing clean large pool with sun all day. I spent most of my time there by myself and did not feel unsafe. A short stroll up road and there are great food places. I suggest a scooter to get around. I loved it and would love to return and with more family members ”
“Emily's house in Seminyak was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful stay! We went with our children (7 and 4) and they loved the swimming pool and garden. There were toys waiting for them in their cool room. There are great comfortable sofas and the TV has cable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the housekeeper even babysat for us one night. She is very helpful, and although she doesn't speak much English she makes herself understood. There are good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket. Emily has left a whole album full of takeaway menus and there is a fast wifi connection. We were so pleased with this place, I highly recommend it. Thanks Emily!!”

Umalas is a Village that is nestled between Seminyak and Canggu areas. It is quiet and lovely with rice paddies and an island pace. However you can easily be shopping and dining in Seminyak or surfing and doing the beach bar scene in Canggu in minutes. There is a handful of bakeries, cafes and convenience stores within a few minute walk from the house.
