Very cozy house in the university area in the west side of Reykjavík. Walking distance to the city center is about 10 minutes. The Nationalmuseum is in 5 minutes walking distance as well as the beach and the neighborhood bakery is on the next corner. The kitchen is the heart of the house, with fireplace and entrance to a little garden. Three large bedrooms are in the house, each with single bed, where there is plenty of space for mattress. In the attic is a large bedroom, with bedroom 120x200, plus a sleepingsofa 120x200.
