This is a small apartment in a quiet neighborhood but only 10 minutes walk to central down town. Only 2 minutes walk and you are on the sea shore where people walk, run and roller blade to the "beach" called Nauthólsvík.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one smaller and one main bedroom. Very small bathroom with shower. The living room has a balcony that faces south and a playground. The kitchen has electric stove, medium sized refrigerator and a washing machine.
