Acerca de nuestra casa
120m2 netto penthouse apartment with a 70m2 balcony facing north, east and south. The apartment is in a 6 apartment house and the neighbors are nice. There are two bedrooms, a small office (bedroom), with a couch, big living room a kitchen and a dining room. One bathroom and a laundry.
The neighborhood is quiet and there is only a 30 minutes walk to the swimming pool and the hot tubs with the wonderful Icelandic natural hot water.The apartment is in the outskirt of Reykjavik, 20 minutes down town with a bus.and five minutes to the great nature of Iceland. You do not have to travel around Iceland to enjoy. It´s all at the doorstep.
The family is shrinking in one way, and expanding in another way. Me and my wife are life companions and we have three daughters, two sons in law and three grandchildren. I honestly do not know if any of them are on the move, but you newer know. Anyhow at least there will be me an my wife spending the vacation together.
