You are right in the center with everything around you.
Taxi stop around the corner, 24 hour supermarket three streets down, cleaners, little shop on the corner open from 09.00 am to 23.00 pm. Bus for day trip to see Geysir and other tourist places two street up - 3 min walk. Cinema 3 streets away. Busstop for local travel main station 7 min walk. National Theatre 10 min walk

Native are very shy but they warm up after few min. and most of them talk english and even 3 or 4th language.
