Acerca de nuestra casa

A nice family house in a good area close to the down town. The house is 3 floors but using two of them now at the momemt and if people wants to use the third flor its no problem. On the first floor are 2 rooms ( one with queen size bed and the other with king size) there is a big garage and laundry room and a bathroom. from the first floor you can walk out from one of the room to a patio. Second floor has a two rooms ( one with a single bed ) and also hans a second floor that cover a bed ( because my son sleeps there) and then my daughters room han a queen size bed and also a second flor if people or kids prefer to sleep there. Then the kitchen is there, living room and a dining room and a bathroom. its a blcony out from the kitchen and a big patio from the living room. We have also a cambers if you are interested.

About our home

A 200 sqm spacious home on two floors in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Nice walking paths and playing grounds close to the house also a biggest shopping center is about 10 min walking distance. It takes around 5 min to drive to Reykjavik city center.
Large living room, dining area, 5 bedrooms and two of them on two floors, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, and washingroom, two patioa(verandas) with sitting area and grill, as also a balcony turning south on the front of the house and a veranda (patio) in the back is with a trampolin and sitting area. Great view from balcony and secound floor overlooking Kopavogur and Reykjanes.
