This apartment is on the ground floor of our family home, about 50m2 and has been newly renovated. It fits two adults perfectly, although it it easy to fit in up to two folded beds for children. it's roomy with bright aesthetics and splashes of colour, TV with apple TV media player and a Nespresso coffeemaker.
Our home is right in the middle of Reykjavík, in a quiet area, but very close to major sights in Reykjavík, easy access to main roads and bus stops. Walking distance to Kringlan Mall and Perlan, free shuttles to city centre from both, 5 min bus ride. 4 bus stops, supermarket and drug store 2 mins walking distance. Large garden with tall trees, garden and house surroundings newly renovated. Free parking.

Central location, 5 min drive from City Centre, 2 min walking distance from Kringlan Mall, the biggest shopping centre in Iceland. Perlan is also near by with its fantastic view over the city and brand new exhibitions. 4 bus stops within a few minutes walk. There is also a smaller supermarket and drug store very nearby where you can get all your necessities. Getting here and from here to main roads by car is very easy, free parking. We love living here, you will enjoy staying :)
