Near volcono Hekla for appartment in Nice, France

A cozy cottage with good location in the south of Iceland. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a washingmashine. The cottage has everything you need and a barbecue on the patio. For the children we have a chair, bed and toys.
What we love most about our cottage is that it is so silent and we like to go there as much as possible to relax and have a quality time with the family. In the winter it gets totally dark and we often see the northern light in good wheather conditions. In the summertime it's bright outside all the night. Don't worry we have very good blinds for the windows.
It's also a good station to explore the south of Iceland, including Þórsmörk, Landmannalaugar, Golden cicle, Skógarfoss and a lot more. For the family there is a swimmingpool in every small town near, Selfoss, Hella and Hvolsvöllur. Horserental is also in the next village.
It‘s not far from the great volcano Hekla and it‘s possible to check out the highland of Iceland, like Landmannalaugar, Hrafntinnusker and the famous Eyjafjallajökull.
The cottage is in a quiet small neighbourhood called Svínhagi. It is near to the volcano Hekla and we recommend guest to visit Landmannalaugar and Þórsmörk which is Iceland´s most beautiful highland.

We would most like to swap with someone with an appartment in the south of France or Italy, but are also open for other countries.
Unfortunately carswap is not possible, but a car is necessary to get to the cottage.
