Acerca de nuestra casa

We are currently looking for a SWAP for summer 2022 (preferably by the see in Europe and surrounding countryside ).
OUR LOVELY HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR POINTS IN AUGUST 2021. Germany is a non- risk area: Nuremberg's sights, museums and restaurants are open as Corona index is low ( inside mask is obligatory). We are both vaccinated.

Our middle of the row house with a small garden is located in a quiet and green residential area in Nürnberg near the zoo, with super easy and quick access with public transport to the old town centre and famous historic sights. Our home was built in 1969 and is partly renovated. It has an eclectic style with some original features but also lots of modern and quirky details. We have a terrace and a small garden both with shady and sunny areas.

The house has 3 levels plus a cellar the full length of the house with storage area, wash kitchen etc. There is an an open plan living area with a sofa bed on the ground floor, a guest room/ study with a double sofa bed and our son's spacious room (big enough for two small children) with balcony on the 1st floor and a smallish master bedroom with double bed on the 2nd. We have two toilets on the ground and 1st floor and a separate walk in shower- but no bath tub ( adding a family bathroom is still a project for this year). Parking is free and easy in the streets around the house. We have a Syrian gold hamster "Naga" - she is tame and used to people so it would be great if you could feed her daily- it is very little work. A friend can also take her for the time of your stay if you prefer that way- we are flexible. There are 3-4 big supermarkets and bakeries a short drive or 10- 15 WALK away- for basics and bread we always walk .
There is cleaning fee of 50 EUR ( points swaps).

Nürnberg is interesting for both lovers of culture and history and also families travelling with children.

For families ( pls see photos):
Playmobil Fun Park- famous and absolute highlight ( our son would move in there if he could :-) 20 mins drive
Zoo with a dolphins' lagoon located in the forest -10 mins WALK
