Beach house in Paradise - Baru island, Cartagena

This unique house is surrounded by nature and has pools, jacuzzi, minigolf and three beautiful bedrooms.

Within the same condominium and a short walk away from the home there is a private beach club with infinity pool, sea dock and of course beach access. This incredible beach club can be enjoyed anytime of the day and night.

The home is in a private condominium located in Baru Island, 60 minutes away by car or boat from Cartagena – a colonial city declared a world cultural heritage site in 1984.

As you enter the home through massive blue wooden doors you find an indoor garden, surrounded by a pool, a home office (perfect for working from home!), an bright and airy living room, professionally equipped kitchen included wine cave.

Steeping out to the interior second patio there is "al fresco" dining room, barbeque area and a second internal pool. In the center of the patio and under natural trees you can rest in hamacas, enjoying the sounds and chats of native birds.

Accessing the second floor through a wide coral stone staircase, there are three bedrooms -one king and two queen beds-, each one with access to private balcony surrounded by trees. All spaces of this unique house are sheltered by wide and floor-to-ceiling washed blue wood doors, which can be totally open and allow fresh air to circulate around all house, integrating the guests with the nature.

Continuing to the terrace through the wide stairway covered by a colonial unique vaulted ceiling, there is an open sunset living area, a jacuzzi and rooftop mini-golf that are ready to take care of your best sunset relaxing hours.

Going back to the first floor, through de internal second patio, there is an internal path to the private beach club with everything needed for sun lovers, including two pools, a relaxing one and the infinite pool which ends where the sea starts.

The house is supported by Ana and Pedro, our two local and native well-trained staff which take care of the house, kitchen, garden and pools. Ana is also ready prepare local dishes or receive your guidance to prepare your preferred meals.

If you want to visit Cartagena de Indias, we can occasionally offer you to a stay for a short break in our house in the historical Getsemaní, declared by Forbes as one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world.
