Renovated flat nested in the hills of El Poblado, one of the nicest areas in Medellin. This is a gated building with a 24/7 doorman.
You have verything you need at walking distance: restaurants (5min), church (7min), pharmacy (10min), shopping mall (15min), supermarket (15min). In case you want to rent a car, the flat includes a private parking space.

The apartment is located in El Poblado (more specifically in San Lucas), a quiet residential area but close to all the services and shops you might need. Take a short 7 minute walk in the morning to have breakfast at Pergamino Cafe (a personal favorite), then come back to work in our spacious home office. For lunch consider Olivia, an Italian restaurant just 5 minute stroll away, or walk for another 10 minutes to find more than 20 great restaurants at Mall San Lucas Plaza. If you need to pick uf some groceries, just cross the street from Mall San Lucas Plaza and find all the supplies you need at Carulla (Colombian version of Wholefoods).
