Our house is located in the north of Bogota in a quiet and green area called La Conejera. It is a very spacious (400m2) and illuminated house with 4 bedrooms, 2 studios, 1 atelier, 5 bathrooms and a very spacious green area. It is perfect for families with children and pets. Great location, only 10 minutes from the main roads, you will feel in the countryside, far from the noise of the city.
It is located in a secure condominium.
Our sons are living in Europe, that is why we would like to swap our house for long periods of time. However we are also interested in making short swaps.

We are Fernando and Angela. We have a son, Camilo, 26, living in Paris; and a daughter, Maria Paula, 25 living in Barcelona.
We are a retired engineer and a manager. We have always lived in Bogota, even if we spend a lot of time in our villa in Villa de Leyva.
We want to visit more often our sons, that is why we want to swap our houses! -
Fernando is a freshly retired engineer and businessman.
Angela is a business manager, also retired. -
We love to travel and met new people in other parts of the world.

Where is it?

10 minutes from the main streets (Autopista, Av. Boyacá) in a quiet hill. Surrounded by nature, it is located in the top of the hill with a wonderful view of the mountains. The house is located in a condominium in which you can play tennis and practice equitation. Great place for being in Bogotá, far from the noise and tumult of the city.
