We have everything you need to enjoy Medellín as a couple: a modern, beautiful, spacious and illuminated apartment located in the best neighbor of Medellín, just 3 blocks away from the heart of all the fun the city offers, which means you are close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and small boutiques, but far enough to have a quite night to sleep in silence and enjoy the day with the mountains view while having a great cup of coffee.
- Duplex apartment on the top floor (13th) of the building, so no one is above you!
- Loft style
- Private terrace and balcony
- 1 bedroom (2nd floor)
- Extra sleeping space: 1 person can sleep on the sofa (1st floor)
- In the house: smart TV, Play Station, Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription
- Cozy studio with one big desk and two chairs for working
- Vertical piano and electric guitar
- Home gym: dumbbells, bands, jump rope.
- Kitchen: Dishwasher/dryer, Oven, Blender, Water filter, Nespresso, Air Fryer, Rice cooker
- 1 Parking lot
- Transportation: two electric bicycle included
- Cleaning lady included (once a week)
We have many plants. They need to be watered frequently.
It is close to El Poblado Avenue, where you can get transportation for everywhere to get to know the city surroundings. In walking distance you'll find a little something for everyone: great coffee shops (pergamino, Juan Valdez, Starbucks), local fast food venues, fancy restaurants, small pubs and clubs, fashion boutiques, gyms, groceries store and big shopping malls (we'll leave a local guide)
