Huge Beach House on Caribbean Coast (Perissa)

'Perissa' , is another big beach house just across from my other home 'Mikonos' with 6 bedrooms and their bathrooms, sleeps 14 and has a big swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children.

Dinning room for up to 14 people,one open terrace - living room ,informal dinning close to the swimming pool, two terraces on the second floor with views to the ocean the hills and the Marina, BBQZone, maids quarters and just 4 minutes down the beach as well as Mikonos. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds between them.

Both beach homes are situated in the gated community of Playa Mendoza 20 minutes away from Barranquilla and 45 minutes from Cartagena, 25 minutes from the mud volcano, and 8 minutes from the Sanctuary as well as one minute from the Marina de Puerto Velero in jet ski.

I take visitors for a hike to an Archeological site from the Mocana Indians ,and to a high point in the mountain where the view is astonishing, also in Barranquilla there are several points of interest like El Museo del Caribe , a building of 4 or 5 floors where the visitor interacts with different things, it is not a normal museum , at the end there are people dancing to Colombian music on the dance floor.

Remember Barranquilla is the city where Shakira, Sofia Vergara, and the actual Miss Universe were born, happy people and we love music.

Barranquilla is twenty minutes , Cartagena 50 minutes, Mud volcano 25 minutes, Marina Puerto Velero by car 20 minutes,Puerto Colombia in the evening to go to Kilimanjiaro for drinks 15 minutes.
I rent my truck and lend a chauffeur for a tip to go to day trips if visitors wanted , also there is a service of private cars to take people to the big cities.
