This amazing double height living room apartments sits in one of the most exclusive areas in the city, just two blocks away from Parque 93, an amazing park with several restaurants and venues, it is also one block away from Parque el Chico, one of the most exclusive parks in Bogota, the main bedroom overlooks the living room area, and the main bathroom and wardrobe are very spacious and sit right next to it, the apartment has a 50 inch tv with acces to internet and netflix so you can watch your favorite movies after a tour of the city, the first floor is composed by the kitchen and a modular study that can be used as a dinning area. The alartment has a small balcony that overlooks Calle 93B which is very quiet and has almost no traffic.
