A spectacular apartment in a condominium with direct access to the beach (Edificio Morros Eco) https://goo.gl/maps/Cj21z15vDQbDJ3XY6 . The Apartment has a large terrace and an avant-garde architectural design, where the use of glass and transparencies predominates, allowing perfectly integrate different environments with the surrounding nature. Its pool area is a tropical oasis of palm trees, sun, breeze, beach and spectacular sunsets.

We are outgoing family of four, Amanda, CAndres, and our two boys, Daniel who is 17 years old and Santy who is 12 years old. We have traveled for many countries around the world such as Great Britain, Italy, Usa, Canada, Argentina, etc. We are friendly, respectful, clean, and we will treat your home as our own. We love traveling, and when we stay at our home we (Amanda and me) enjoy the Gym, Daniel Enjoy playing on the beach, enjoy the three pools of the condominium, and Santy enjoy kicking his football on the court.

Serena del Mar is a new modern city, Located only 11 miles from the center of historic Cartagena (walled city), 15 minutes from the Rafael Nuñez Airport, and 30 minutes from the Mamonal Industrial Zone.
Most of the people call Serena del Mar The City of Dreams, becoming the preferred destination in the Colombian Caribbean. It achieves a healthy integration with the natural landscape that surrounds it. It is suitable for different sports on the beach and also walking and biking.
Serena del Mar located in the north area of Cartagena, also host Los Andes University and Santa Fe Clinic, and very close to the Caribana golf course.
