“Staying at Bryce and Adrianas house in Buzios was a 5 stars experience!! We loved the house and the spectacular views over Joao Fernandez from every window. We really enjoyed the open plan fully equipped kitchen and the enormous TV for cinema time when the sun came down.. Regina, the housekeeper made our stay perfect. Very friendly and helpful, always taking care of us and of the house. We have been many times to Buzios but this time at O Casarao was truly unique. Thanks Bryce and Adriana and we look forward to visitng Buzios again sometime!”

“We had the most amazing time in Buzios and in Adriana's and Bryce's house! Location of the property is just stunning. Spectacular views over João Fernandes peninsula. You can't stop loving the views and appreciate the setting of the villa. It is just so beautiful. The house is very clean. Regina, the housekeeper make sure it is! We and the kids loved Regina. She is such a nice and warm person. Not only she looked after the house but also cooked for us which was amazing. We stay in touch with Regina and really miss her. The house is very well equipped with massive TV (so good for watching football matches :-)), very comfortable beds and sofas and designer furniture. So open and airy and it connects so well with the outside space and nature. Top-notch! We mainly communicated with Bryce and communication was great. Always very swift and very helpful. Bryce and Adriana, massive thank you for letting us stay in your amazing house!!! We fell in love with it and we hope we will be able to come back in the future. Jarek & family ”

“My son and I spent 2.5 weeks in Buzios in August 2017 and we had the most wonderful vacation. This was our first points swap and it could not have been more splendid! Buzios peninsula offers fantastic beaches and the town's promenade features many shops and restaurants. What really set our holiday apart though was the amazing property (which was far too big for just 2 people but made the trip even grander) coupled with the warm welcome we received from the hosts. Almost instantly strangers became friends and I am most grateful to Adriana and Bryce for their incredible hospitality. Communication and tips were great from the initial contact and throughout our stay. Private airport transfer (with child seat) was organised for us and I had the pleasure to have two different masseuses coming to the house on several occasions, all kindly organised by Adriana on my behalf. Adriana even organised a wine delivery to the house - which arrived almost instantly! Their housekeeper Regina can only be described as a 'pearl'. Not only did she prepare sumptuous breakfasts (don't miss her home-made cereals!) and delicious traditional lunches (Fejoada anyone?!) for us and kept the property sparkling clean, she also proved herself to be amazing with kids and looked after my 3-year old son occasionally; language barriers were easily overcome. In addition to Regina, there is staff to look after the pool (3 times a week!), the garden and the indoor lake. There is really nothing left to do for you apart from relaxing and enjoying the splendid surroundings. :-) If LHS had the possibility of setting properties at more than 300 points, this property would be a candidate for 500+ points! I loved all the thought-through details in the home, starting from the indoor lake with kois, to each screen having an apple tv box, and beautiful furnishings, etc. Back in France, I am now the proud owner of a Jura coffee machine, an apple TV box and a hand-made table cloth, all inspirations I got from the house and items that will serve as a memory of our wonderful trip - and am still having Regina's home-made cereals in the mornings. :-) MUITO OBRIGADA for this wonderful experience - and I hope to see you again soon. ”

“An amazing villa with exceptional views and superbly comfortable. All the very high quality creature comforts you would hope for from such fantastic property. So many choices of exquisitely comfortable sun loungers and sofas to relax on while listening to music, reading, working and just watching the wonerful sunsets and life going on . Loved everything about it including the very well fitted kitchen and outside cooking area and great showers. Bryce and Adriana were superb hosts and communication was excellent ensuring we had anything we wanted before and during our stay.process. Regina their lovely housekeeper was excellent too. We were so lucky to have been able to stay here.”
