“It is impossible to stay at that location without a car. The property is located far away from the beach and up a hill inside a closed neighbourhood. In our opinion, it is only for two people not four as indicated in the property description.------------------------Host's response: 1. When Mr Nestor first requested us for an exchange, he was already planning on renting a car therefore was nothing to do with the location of my place in Buzios. 2.The several PHOTOS posted on our LHS Listing shows the location up in the hill with amazing views above the cliffs, the beach, the Forest. The hill and the views are one of the main reasons we bought the property and why people want to go there. The Ferradura beach down below is only 600 m from the Guarded Gated Community and it is common for people to walk to the beach. Mr Nelson brought a 80 year-old extra guest, whom was not included in our exchange agreement, and maybe that is why they could not walk to the beach. 3. The Property Description is very clear and it has being used/rented for many years for up to 4 people without any complaints. In addition, the agreement was for 1 apartment only, for TWO people. He brought 2 EXTRA people and demanded the use of the 2 apartments, when the agreement was just for the use of one. We managed to accommodate his 2 extra guests for 5 nights for the duration of his trip. ”
