Beautiful 250sqm house with lovely terraces

A unique and beautiful residence in Rio! Very peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Right next to the famous Sugar Loaf and beaches. The house has 3 floors and is light with cool & chic decoration and many plants. Big living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, office room, laundry area, 4 bathrooms, cosy rooftop and terraces with hammocks and BBQ. The fully-equipped kitchen leads onto a outside patio where we have a little herb garden. We also have bikes and a pingpong table at your disposal.

Urca is one of Rio's most charming and family friendly neighborhoods. Nestled between the foot of two mountains, Urca feels like an island oasis away from the city's noice. Urca is also considered the most safest neighbourhood in Rio.
You will stay in the city's calmest and safest neighbourhood while minutes away from Copacabana, Ipanema, Lapa or downtown. The beautiful beach "Praia Vermelha" is just 5 minutes walk from our house, at the foot of the Sugar Loaf. 2 minutes from the local pharmacy and bakery. Lovely local farmers markets on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Supermarket 5 mins away.

1st floor:
Living room, dining room with table that seats up to 8 people, TV room. with two 3-seats sofas and big flat screen TV and apple tv.
Kitchen, fully-equipped with table for two (and a toddler)
Outside patio where we have another table for two and little herb garden and many other plants. We also have bikes and a pingpong table here at your disposal.
Laundry area with washing machine.
"Maids room" (this is something very common in Brazil) with a single bed and little toilette/shower.
Parking space for one car (originally space for two cars but we're using a part of the garage for the pingpong table instead since we don't have a car ourselves)

2nd floor:
1 suite bedroom with kingsize bed, private toilette/shower, and a terrace with hammock and a coffee table for two.
1 kids bedroom with a crib and a toddler bed.
1 room with 2 seats sofa, wardrobes and toilette/shower. Here we also have 2 yoga mats and 5 kilo weights for your disposal.
Terrace with many plants, a Weber barbecue, table for 8 people and a hammock.
1 office room with work desk and a bed sofa that can easily accommodate two.

3rd floor:
Big suit with a queen bed, bunkbed for two, private toilette/shower, there's also a little table for 2 people.
Lovely rooftop terraces, many plants, cosy pallet couch, sun chairs and hanging lights - wonderful place to enjoy rooftop dinners and drinks.
