A beautifull and confortable house

Our house is in the heart of Vila Beatriz, near of the traditional district of Vila Madalena, West Zone, with easy access to the best highways in the state of Sao Paulo, near the subway Vila Madalena - http: //www.metro.sp .gov.br / her-trip / line 2-green / station-village-madalena.aspx - and bus stops to many different places of the city.
A comfortable and cozy house, good size and very good atmosphere.
The floor covering is all in wood.
In the ground floor we have a very airy and bright living room, a small room under the stairs, which serves deposit to store things temporarily, one half bath, kitchen, laundry area and a small backyard where we grow plants, take sun and gather to eat and stay with friends. There is a little shed, which serves as the home things tank and another half bath.
Our kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home; there are a plenty of markets, restaurants and cafes nearby to explore.
There are 2 car parking space in front of the house.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - one with a king size double bed and full bath conjugate, and 2 others with standard double beds, both very comfortable. A full bathroom serves these two.
The house is very quiet and calm, at the same time it is very close to the bustle of Vila Madalena, Av. Paulista and the city center. Some of major museums and galleries are about 30 minutes by subway, bus or even by foot.
We’ve been living here for 12 years.
