Acerca de nuestra casa

This is a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment with dishes and cooking utilities, cable tv, dvd player (area code free) optional parking space and internet connection. Only one of the rooms has a bed, however the living room has a bed instead of a sofa- so that could be moved to one of the bedrooms if necessary. There is also a rest area with a washing machine and pole for hanging clothes.

This is It is a great choice of living for business people/students/families looking for a place to stay for a few months in São Paulo.

*observation: this is a 3 bedroom apartment but one of the rooms is going to stay closed- keeping some of my things, clothes, etc, and that is why it is advertised as a 2 bedroom. Only one of the bedrooms has a bed though.

My home is located in Vila Madalena - the nicest and friendliest neighborhoods in the citty, considerably close to the metro station, right in front of a lovely little park. It is a very green are the whole area is close to parks, shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants - but not too busy.

I am a designer - I'll be going to Melbourne to take classes on english and hopefully some art worshops. I have very nice friends who would gladly help any foreigners with any needs or questions while in the country.
