Our apartment is 290sqm, rebuilt and refurbish in 2006 by a renowned architect, in front one of the nicest beach in Rio.
We have in the building a small heated swimming pool, tennis court, gym, and a dry and wet saunas.
My building faces the sea and the mountains, the most beautiful scenarium in Rio. It's a very calm and prestigiou area in the city. It's 7 km from Ipanema and Leblon beaches, very easy to get there by Uber!
Apartment includes access to on-site, secured, undercover parking, swimming pool, spa and gym.
